Office Manager
Job Description
- Responsible for secretarial duties
- Manages office supplies and stationery
- Prepares the cash register and the statements for office purchases
- Checks the invoices for the products/services in which was involved
- Keeps in touch with various suppliers, checks invoices for compliance with signed contracts
- Prepares the minutes of handing over the office equipment
- Reservations - arranges and sets hotel/plane reservations, etc. for employees' trips in Romania and abroad
- Administrative duties - copies, translations, document scans
- Responsible for OSH - Labor Protection and PSI, coordinates and collaborates with occupational protection and medicine companies
- Keeps in touch with the translator, the owner of the building space, the health insurance company
- Organizes events
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Educational background in Business Administration and Management or similar
- English knowledge
- Experience in health and safety compliance will be considered as a plus
- Well organized
- Multitasking skills
- Good communication skills
- Can efficiently manage office operations on their own
