Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the office condition thoroughly on a daily basis
- Handle multiple projects
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Resolve administrative problems
- Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment requirements
- Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Collaboration with HR&Recruiting team in: onboarding, offboarding, and other processes; internal and external event's preparation
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Relevant experience would be a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree
- Level of English: Intermediate (at least)
