Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the office condition thoroughly on a daily basis
  • Handle multiple projects
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
  • Resolve administrative problems
  • Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment requirements
  • Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Collaboration with HR&Recruiting team in: onboarding, offboarding, and other processes; internal and external event's preparation
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience would be a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree 
  • Level of English: Intermediate (at least)
