About the Position:

The Office Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO and Executive Team and managing the organization’s office operations. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. 

Primary Responsibilities:  

  • Manage all local office management responsibilities in Denver office
    • Serve as a welcoming presence to all visitors and maintain the quality of the office and common areas
    • Manage access to building entry systems and work with building management and vendors on office maintenance and special projects
    • Ensure mail and packages are distributed appropriately
    • Manage stocking of office supplies and groceries
    • Keep expense reports up to date
    • Manage equipment receiving, shipping, inventory, and organization 
    • Coordinate vehicle management (maintenance, vehicle registration, etc.)
  • Assisting Human Resources, Marketing, and Executive Teams
    • Guide Denver employees through onboardings and offboarding
    • Own employee event planning and philanthropy initiatives for the Denver office
    • Prepares and supports presentations and marketing materials in Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Own correspondence and scheduling in Microsoft Outlook
    • Assist marketing team with local marketing tasks and initiatives
    • Take on variable tasks as needed to support the executive team  
    • Prepares and supports operational and financial documents in Microsoft Excel

Requirements:  

  • Excellent interpersonal skills- including strong self-motivation, focus, and passion 
  • Credible and professional presence
  • Ability to think strategically and work independently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, analytical skills, and commitment to quality 
  • Works well in a team environment in both in-person and remote environments
  • Impeccable integrity and honesty, and ability to strictly follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent multi-tasker-you will be working with 3 different offices and several departments
  • Ability to prioritize effectively- you will have multiple requests coming at you at once. You must be good at managing different requests, coming from multiple people and departments, and assigning priority to them
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly

Compensation:

 Salary Range, $45,000 - $55,000 annually. Full benefits include health, life, dental insurance, and 401(k) plan.
