As member of the Asset and Security Management Division, you will be responsible for overseeing general office operations, like handling incoming phone calls, coordinating appointments, purchasing office supplies.

What you will do

  • Overseeing general office operation
  • Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing calendars and schedules
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
  • Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting contracts and admin procedures
  • Creating presentations and other management-level reports
  • Organizing the office layout, maintaining the office condition, and arranging necessary repairs
  • Register relevant purchase orders via SAP and manage requests via Jira
  • Plan in-house or off-site events
  • Booking transport
  • Dealing with courier companies
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Any other tasks requested by the Director, Asset and Security Management

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and Greek
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Familiar with SAP system and reporting
  • At least 5 (five) years of Office management experience
  • Very well organized
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Dynamic Personality with strong Communication, Negotiation and Problem-solving Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Results oriented
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure
