We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our growing team in our new office. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations and building the culture of our NYC headquarters in the Flatiron District. As office manager, you’re the heart and soul of our business operations and the glue that holds different moving pieces together.
Responsibilities include
- Greet guests and create a welcoming environment for candidates and visitors
- Coordinate conference rooms and schedule internal/external meetings
- Manage expense reports, meeting scheduling and travel arrangements for the C-level executives
- Take the creative lead in planning and executing monthly company events
- Place orders for weekly snack deliveries, lunches, and office supplies
- Act as liaison between building management and vendors to assist with office-related issues

Requirements
- Must be able to come into the office 4 days a week during business hours
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Gmail, etc) and Microsoft Office
- Experience with event planning and management

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
