We are looking for a stellar Office Manager to set the tone for our in-Nashville team and operations. High energy, high positivity, and high performance are part of this role’s DNA. This person will lead in-office and virtual office coordination and logistics, including equipment provisioning, laptop/hardware management, software/tool administration, new hire general onboarding, and event planning/logistics. This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment and is always on the lookout to help a teammate or roll up their sleeves and get the job done.Â

This is an onsite role: in-office in downtown Nashville 4-5 days per week.

Core Responsibilities- Do all that you can to make the INGENIOUS work experience the best in the industry for all team members.
- Drive an in-office atmosphere that is high-energy, positive, and high-performing - in alignment with the INGENIOUS culture.Â
- Own provisioning of office equipment, furniture, and other indirect spend.Â
- Manage laptop and hardware provisioning for both local and international team members.
- Provide “lite” IT support to team members as applicable.
- Management of software/tool access, account administration, and documentation/wiki.
- Perform new-hire onboarding activities.
- Coordinate group activities and events as needed.
- Develop additional office and virtual processes to continuously improve operations and productivity and elevate the work environment
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.Â
- High energy with extreme bias for initiative and action.Â
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Â
- Exceptional organizational skills.Â
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint (or Google equivalent) and other office/productivity tools.
- High level of comfort working with, and troubleshooting, laptops and similar hardware.
- A knack for event planning and office logistics.Â
- Ability to design and implement business processes.Â
- Humble and strong desire to embrace feedback and continue learning.
- High degree of self-direction and independent drive.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
