AutoStore is seeking an Office Manager
As an Office Manager you will be joining our Denver, CO team of brilliant coworkers. The Officer Manager is responsible for organizational and administrative tasks at the local office.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage AutoStore Denver office and provide office support including; maintenance, reception, supply management, shipments/deliveries
- Oversee office operations including opening and closing the office each business day
- Warmly greet visitors, partners, clients, and candidates
- Plan and organize office visits and meetings including; booking meeting rooms, ordering food, arranging dinner reservations and accommodations
- Manage company party planning and event planning
- Own the purchasing, distributing and packaging new hire welcome kits, business cards and company gifts
- Provide support with company clothing such as ordering, obtaining sizes, organizing logos, and distribution
- Support management of the kitchen, conferences rooms, and all common spaces ensuring they are stocked and tidy
- Serve as the main point of contact for the office, and ensure a friendly experience for all employees, candidates, new hires, and guests
- Project manage any future office space additions or moves
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ year of office management or administrative experience is desirable
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Compensation:
- 50,000-60,000 USD
