The Role:

We’re a growing firm looking to add an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to our team. You will ensure that we have a welcoming environment for employees and guests and that our daily office operations run smoothly. You will balance multiple priorities and act as the point-person for all deliveries and external correspondence. You will work closely with the firm’s executive team to schedule meetings, plan events and staff travel, and greet new employees and guests. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects across the firm.

  • You will own all aspects of facilities services and office operations 
  • Create a well functioning environment that enhances our employees ability to succeed while making sure the office is always client or investor ready
  • Manage front desk operations: greeting visitors warmly and creating a positive experience for employees 
  • Be the first point of contact for any office repairs by engaging with our employees, our building and vendors when issues arise
  • Serve as an efficient point-person for all maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, daily lunch orders, and ad-hoc tasks and errands
  • Schedule meetings, answer calls, arrange travel and assist with calendar management for executives
  • Work with compliance on office procedures and onboarding 
  • Have an opportunity to grow the workplace management function in a fast growing company. You will have exposure to new and interesting problems and be supported by senior leadership in your role.

 Requirements:

  • You've managed office operations and delivered a high level of customer service in an employee-centric environment.
  • You pride yourself on your ability to organize, prioritize, and problem solve. 
  • You don't mind rolling up your sleeves when needed.
  • You're an exceptional communicator regardless of the medium and can interact with anyone.
  • A high level of professionalism and an outgoing, positive attitude.
  • You are creative and enjoy ideating on ways to improve the workplace experience.
  • You excel when working independently; you manage your time intelligently and prioritize your work effortlessly. 
  • You are proficient in MS Office Suite Applications and Google Workspace.
  • Bonus points if you have experienced the fast pace of a high-growth company.
  • Bonus points iIf you have an interest in finance and/or technology.

The Base Salary Range for this role is $60,000- $120,000. This range is representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Clear Street. Where a candidate falls in this range will be based on job related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. This range represents Base Salary only, which is just one element of Clear Street's total compensation. The range stated does not include other factors of total compensation such as bonuses or equity.

We are requiring new employees to be in the office 4 days per week. #LI-Hybrid
