Trust Payments have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join the team.
Location: Onsite - London and Bromley Office
Salary: Competitive

Office Manager – The Role:
The Office Manager’s main purpose is to ensure the efficient operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and maintaining a well-organized, safe workspace, while fostering a positive work culture and creating a welcoming environment for all.
Office Manager– Key Duties:
- Oversee general office operations and ensure a positive, welcoming environment
- Manage office safety, security, and compliance with health and safety protocol
- Assist HR in updating office policies and onboarding new hires
- Coordinate visitor management, including tours, access passes, and health and safety briefings
- Maintain and monitor office budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring quality service delivery
- Plan and coordinate office events, travel, and accommodation for the SteerCo team
- Supervise office cleanliness, liaise with cleaners, and coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Handle IT office equipment, liaising with IT for assistance and issue resolution
- Serve as the primary contact for building management and landlord communications
- Administer courier services and deliveries
- Work alongside the People Director concerning any office improvements or redecoration
- When necessary, assist HR with growth plans, including key HR or Office Management projects
- Perform additional ad hoc duties as required
Office Manager – You:
- Must be extremely organized with excellent attention to detail
- Have previous, proven experience in office management is desirable
- Enjoys being hands-on and getting involved with practical tasks
- Takes pride in maintaining the appearance of the office
- Demonstrable experience in fostering and influencing a positive workplace culture
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Demonstrates the ability to work at pace and use initiative
- Must have outstanding people skills and be a strong team player
