Job Description

• Welcome and assist national and international guests, colleagues, and visitors as the face of our company.
• Support timely and accurate orders for our locations and assist with travel bookings and trip organization.
• Help manage mail, coordinate with service providers, and assist facility management tasks.
• Assist with fleet management, office relocations, and workspace restructuring.
• Collaborate on projects, events, and initiatives to create memorable experiences for colleagues.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for learning about office management, reception, or customer service; no prior experience required, but some experience is always a plus!
• Enjoy organizing tasks, setting priorities, and working in a structured manner; a hands-on mentality is a plus.
• A team player who communicates confidently and has a friendly demeanor; able to stay calm and solution-oriented in stressful situations.
• Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills.
• Familiarity with common office programs and Google Workspace products (e.g., Google Mail, Google Sheets) is a plus.
• Driving license class B is a plus but not required.
