Office Operations Associate
Job Description
The Operations Associate is a valued member of our People team. Your work will include a wide range of administrative and office support activities with collaboration across all DebtBook functions.Â
Key Responsibilities Include but Aren’t Limited To:
- Oversee and support all administrative duties to ensure that the office is operating smoothly
- Greet and welcome any DebtBook visitors
- Manage and maintain office supplies and orders, including catering
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling of interviews
- Support the People team with new employee onboarding tasks
- Act as DebtBook’s “Ambassador of Fun” - plan and execute team events
- Collaborate cross-functionally on administrative tasks
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements; design and implement new systems where needed
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling of group meetings, maintaining executive calendars, supporting research, etc…Â
- Travel locally on occasion for errands
Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:
- 1+ years of experience
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Adept at learning new skills quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to stay after hours on occasion to execute social, networking eventsÂ
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Highest degree of dependability, integrity, and confidentiality
