Office & Studio Manager

The Office Manager is a critical role that ensures we are fully realizing the potential of our office space in addition to keeping it organized, clean, and secure. The office manager is responsible for creating and managing systems for successful pickup and delivery to the office, individuals entering and leaving the office, as well as operationalizing the use of our in-house production studio. On a daily basis, the office manager ensures that the office is well stocked with supplies, that seating and storage is well organized, and that no person or package enters or exits the office without being accounted for.
Your Mission:
- A full time in-office employee from the hours of 9-5PM Monday through Friday.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients visiting the office, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient reception area, kitchen and overall office workplace
- Receives, records, and stores all package deliveries coming into the office.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to support a productive work environment
- Ships packages out of the office, inclusive of courier deliveries, client gifts, and other send-outs.
- Greets and checks in guests entering the office.
- Supports client meetings by coordinating logistics and ensuring a seamless experience
- Creates and manages our in-house studio and conference room schedule via a reservation system and calendar.
- Stocks and refreshes the fridge and snack cabinets daily
- Orders necessary office supplies, inclusive of furniture for meeting rooms and common areas, assembles + stages that furniture if necessary.
- Coordinates in-office events and corporate outings, inclusive of holiday parties, ERG events, team dinners, etc.
- Coordinates framing + hanging of wall art and other office beautification initiatives.
- Oversee facility management, including vendor management, repairs and cleaning staff. Removes unnecessary items from the office.
- Serves at contact for building for needs including replacement keycards, suite issues or other ad hoc requests
- Turn on lights and televisions in the office each morning and lock doors each evening.
Your Skills:
- Experience in office management or similar position preferably in a creative industry (music, publishing, fashion, advertising)
- Possess strong work ethic; self-motivated with a desire to take initiative and look for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies
- Result Oriented – resourceful, with strong service orientation, positive can-do attitude and full commitment to deliver outstanding work
- Initiative Oriented - identifying new opportunities and tackling them with a sense of urgency
- Hands-on mentality and ability to get things done
- Able to communicate effectively in a fast paced environment
- Strong experience and demonstrated skill in handling a variety of tasks at the same time
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs

The expected annual base salary range for this role is between $60,000 to $75,000. The range is based on many factors including location, experience, and relevant skill set. In addition to salary and an employee benefits package, successful candidates will be eligible for variable pay.
