Officers Expense - Fin & Admin Process Owner

Your Role and Responsibilities

A sneak peek into this role

In this role you will be handling Officer/SVP expenses which will consist of the following:

• Review/process expense reports
• Communicate with other team members on issues identified
• Serve as Direct Point of Contact for SVP assistants and resolve issues
• Provide guidance to other Business Partners as necessary
• Continuous assistance with the implementation of process improvements with the Officer Expense team and downstream partners
• Suggest process changes in order to streamline expense reporting working with Management Tax and other Business Partners to ensure compliance
• Work with the Secretary’s Office in reviewing yearly Board expenses
• Provide year-round support in preparation for the annual Corporate Audit and prepare

Experience with the following are bonus points but not necessary you can learn them at IBM:

• College Degree preferred but not required
• Attention to Detail
• Excel proficient
• Communication Skills
