Your Responsibilities
As a OFP Weld Manufacturing Engineer for John Deere Ottumwa Works located in Ottumwa IA you will:

• Support the Order Fulfillment Process (OFP)
• Plan coordinate and perform manufacturing engineering work for a project or process.
• Operate in a team environment within either the enterprise product delivery process or the enterprise order fulfillment process

What Skills You Need

• Background in Engineering (mechanical welding industrial)
• Knowledge of manufacturing and or distribution processes quality tooling tool design total preventative maintenance and facilities
• Expertise with engineering tools systems and databases

What Makes You Standout

• Experience with robotic weld systems (Fanuc)
• Strong familiarity with engineering tools systems and databases
• Project management and business planning expertise
• Understanding of line and process design material presentation cycles of imbalance and management tools
• Manufacturing engineering expertise and supporting weld and assembly processes quality tooling tool design PLCs robotic systems facilities

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent manufacturing engineering experience
