OKR Strategy & Alignment Director
Job Summary:
The OKR Strategy & Alignment Director leads GHX’s overall strategy regarding objectives and key results (OKRs) and is responsible for calibrating the Executive Leadership Team on measures, methodology and process. The Director will be responsible for driving the strategic alignment of OKRs, ensuring goals and objectives are effectively set, tracked, and achieved. This role will also play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and performance excellence across all functions at GHX.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Leads OKR strategy across the business, including developing, managing, and continuously improving GHX’s OKR framework while ensuring that it aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Drives Executive alignment by facilitating discussions and decision-making processes related to key metrics and strategic priorities.
- Identifies key stakeholders across the business and
- gathers input for objectives, ensuring that they are inspiring, measurable, and aligned with business outcomes.
- Tracks and monitors progress towards OKRs, guaranteeing that key results are being achieved and providing guidance and support to teams as needed.
- Creates a framework to ensure continuous communication on progress, highlighting achievements, and identifying areas for improvement to Executive leadership team.
- Acts as a champion for the OKR methodology; provides training and support to teams; regularly measures understanding and adoption across organization.
- Is the subject matter expert on best practices for OKRs;
- maintains a constant pulse on industry trends and brings innovative ideas and strategies to the organization.
- Is responsible for OKR tool(s); maintains data integrity, proactively implements updates, and leads procurement process to meet optimal cost effectiveness for the selected OKR tool(s)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in OKR management, strategic planning, or performance management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in successfully implementing and driving the adoption of the OKR methodology in a complex, global organization.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Expert understanding of the OKR methodology and its application in driving organizational alignment and results.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence executives and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in working with executive teams and driving alignment to key outcomes and strategic priorities.
- Excellent management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as WorkBoard, Asana, or similar
Estimated Salary range for this position: $145,000-$165,000
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
