We are currently seeking a O&M Lead to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

Position Overview:

The position is a functional lead on a large enterprise information system program. The O&M lead will help manage the full lifecycle of the O&M support services for the system and its ecosystem components and services.

The system O&M consists of these five key services:
  • System Security and Compliance
  • User Training
  • Customer Care
  • Service Desk Support
  • Services Maintenance


The position requires regular collaboration with diverse client teams, including the engineering team, the client services team, the program communications team, the process and quality management teams, the information and assurance team and other client agency stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience supervising or leading IT operation teams or projects
  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading large-scale IT solutions for federal government such as Helpdesk, Security Operations, user engagement and support
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with fast paced Gov IT environment with multiple high priorities
  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in coordination among various teams to support large and complex systems operations, user rollout, and ongoing development
  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience relative to oral and written communications with all levels of management for planning and control of operations and projects
  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience ability to generate and communicate a variety of metrics and reports effectively with the highest levels of management
  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience with managing critical success factors
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with staff management, task delegation, and stakeholder management in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing Tier II & Tier III service desk teams for federal government
  • Undergraduate degree in IT discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
