Omnichannel Analyst
Job Description
Working under general supervision, the Omnichannel Analyst will take the lead in assessing, optimizing, and executing e-commerce and omnichannel campaigns across all our IFG brands to drive profitable volume growth. This position will coordinate sales reporting, program recaps, and content development with the goal of improving our brand's prominence in-store and throughout the digital ecosystem. Employees in this position may interact with their leader when needed, to receive guidance and feedback. Some non-routine activities may require their leader's advance approval, but routine decisions within the general scope of the role may be made independently.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track performance of omnichannel and e-commerce campaigns across various customers to ensure profitable volume growth across all IFG brands.
- Manage campaigns to reach KPIs through keyword optimization, bid strategies, and content development
- Contribute to monthly e-commerce sales reports
- Assess omnichannel programs and tactics to improve sales and growth KPIs
- Assist with Test and Learns by ideating strategies and capturing critical learnings
- Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or equivalent relevant experience required.
- At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, paid media, or data analysis required, preferably in the CPG industry.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE)
- Expert ability to read, analyze and interpret industry data (IRI, retailer e-commerce dashboards, etc.).
- Proficient ability to communicate and work optimally across functional groups.
- Developing knowledge to think strategically and translate strategy into operational tactics.
- Proficient ability in Microsoft Windows Office Suite applications.
- Naturally curious and inquisitive
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Compensation Range: $70,000-$110,000 annually
