ROLE SUMMARY
Viatris Turkiye targets to continue spearheading customer centric transformation in the pharmaceutical industry that aims to change the commercial model with strong customer orientation and by utilizing multichannel and digital tools. Omnichannel Digital Marketing MT assists development of objectives, strategy and implementation plans for omnichannel marketing activities across Viatris Turkiye portfolio. This role is responsible for the day-to-day executional elements of digital channels and content management, establishing local alignment and inclusion on inserting customer & content strategies into Viatris Turkiye experience.

Contribute to digital go-to-market strategies and a customer-centric business model by developing an omnichannel strategy and establishing a robust tactical plan in collaboration with Omnichannel Digital Marketing Manager

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop content strategy & manage production to generate digital educational/promotional materials (including emails & social media campaigns)

Assist the local team in repurposing content and adapting global content for local usage and give suggestions for continuous improvement
-
Delivery of digital communications in collaboration with the CoE and key agency partners, on time and on budget
-
Contribute to the expansion of ViatrisConnect and lead day-to-day website content management
-
Manage the internal approval process of consumer/customer facing digital communications in collaboration with regulatory and medical teams
-
Plan and execute mass email campaigns by utilizing SFMC platform and its features
-
Lead the execution of assigned digital marketing projects including the promotion of “tail brands”
-
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assesing them against goals (ROI and KPIs), and prepare weekly, monthly, annual reports if required
-
Create new platforms to foster innovative ideas and best practice sharing

As a self-innovator, bring creative and new approaches that will potentially enhance customer engagement

Become an active member of Therapeutic Area Teams to get ready for future marketing roles

Ensure all business and promotional activities/materials comply with relevant acts, regulations and ethical standards, including Viatris code of conduct and compliance.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering / business administration / economics from a reputable university
-
Excellent communication skills with advanced level of written and spoken English and Turkish
-
Proficient use of technology including MS Office programs
-
Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities and deliver results
-
Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of analyzing and interpreting data to derive actionable insights
-
Customer focus and stakeholder management
-
Self-accountable, proactive and resilient
-
Curiosity for learning
-
Strong desire to have marketing experience in pharma
