$16.00 - $23.28

THE JOB:

As an On-Call Special Events Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in preparing for and executing a diverse range of events each month. You’ll be part of a vibrant and dynamic special events team, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. This role offers you hands-on experience in a thrilling environment, allowing you to engage with guests and collaborate with various departments as you help bring exciting events to life. From organizing supplies to assisting with guest interactions, you’ll gain valuable insights into the fast-paced world of event planning, all while contributing to memorable experiences.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

· Be the face of the casino as an Events Representative, showcasing professionalism and a willingness to assist guests and fellow team members.

· Respond to event inquiries from guests, providing essential information to guests and MGMRI employees about our events, the casino, and the local area.

· Assist with a range of tasks for event preparation, including organizing event supplies, assembling tickets, credentials, distributing gifts, and helping with event setup and cleanup.

· Act as a liaison for vendors, guests, and departments, ensuring smooth communication and execution of all event-related matters.

· Help prepare for gift distribution by unboxing large quantities of gifts for our loyalty guests, check guests in, and issue rain checks as needed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

· Is a communicator extraordinaire with strong written and verbal communication skills in English
