The Key Account Executive is accountable for the On Premise chained head offices of Bar/Pub, Dancing Club, Travel, Lodging and Recreation. The main objective of the role is to scale volume and distribution on a national level and ensure that the reciprocities negotiated in the contract are executed.
Job Description
MANAGING KEY ACCOUNTS
Manage the head offices of our core segments which include negotiations, execution and coverage plan
SEGMENTS SCOPE IN PRIORITY ORDER
Bar/Pub, Recreation Dancing Club, Travel and Lodging
STRATEGY AND PLANNING
Define what are the priorities of the department and how we allocate time, resources and margins according to segment/partner relevance. Support occasion plan, national campaigns and brand events. Build a cohesive and insight driven JBP.
TRACKING, ANALYZING AND REPORTING
Ongoing data maintenance in reports by sharing status on Key Account volume, distribution, execution as well as share best practices with other markets.
Qualifications
- Field experience in consumer goods companies working with distributors/indirect channel;
- Hands on profile, planning, love for details, systemic vision, sense of urgency, ability to scale and take risks, logical thinking, leadership, criticality and dynamism.
- Office Package domain, especially Excel and Power Point
- Advanced English
