Diagnostic Clinic Medical Group (DCMG) is seeking an Application Support Technician who is committed to serving patients with care and compassion, to join our team of diverse and dedicated specialists with a common goal of helping our patients achieve better health!

Schedule is Monday - Friday with no on call, holidays, or weekends!

What you will do:

The Application Support Technician is responsible for providing deployment, support and troubleshooting of eCW software.

Essential Functions:

• Provide level 1 support of computer workstations and associated peripherals.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Escalation of issues to the appropriate application support or level 2 desktop support team
• Deployment training material to support applications
• Follow established policies, procedures, and processes.
• Maintain and update user list.
• Travel to multiple locations for work (i.e. travel to attend meetings, events, conferences) frequently

The essential functions listed represent the major duties of this role, additional duties may be assigned.

What you will need:

Experience:

• 3+ years related work experience
• Experience providing first level troubleshooting and support of: eCW and other Clinical applications
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal users who possess varying levels of technical skills.
• Able to prioritize multiple incidents and request and process in a timely manner.
• Experience using ticketing systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with EMR systems
• eCW experience preferred.
• Some college courses in a related field are a plus

Education:

• High school diploma or GED

General Physical Demands:
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.
