About the role:

The SEO Specialist role at Omnisend is a crucial part of Omnisend’s success. This position is perfect for data-driven individuals who are passionate about eCommerce and marketing, have a problem-solving mindset and strong technical and interpersonal skills. This role requires the ability to work across organizational stakeholders and a research-based mindset. You’ll use all of your skills and knowledge to drive Organic traffic to the Omnisend website and be an important part of company growth.

What you’ll do @ Omnisend:

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies and campaigns
• Implement keyword research 
• Optimize meta tags and other HTML elements
• Optimize website structure and internal linking
• Research new content ideas and provide detailed suggestions for content improvements
• Understand web analytics metrics and draw SEO-related conclusions accordingly
• Have experience working with any industry-standard SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc)
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
• Have a growth mindset and look for ways to constantly improve and learn more
• Establish personal OKRs and contribute to team OKRs each quarter to ensure professional and organizational growth.

We expect that you’ll bring:

• 2+ years experience in the SEO field
• At least one year of experience doing on-site SEO
• Proven track record of successfully building and managing SEO campaigns or strategies
• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical and research skills to be able to provide ideas for traffic and company growth
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment while being able to creatively solve problems and have experience turning ideas into action
• You inspire the team by taking the initiative to own your performance and contributions to the team while being a team player
• You can multi-task and work with colleagues all across the globe.
