Job Description

Our local commerce platform makes it easy for customers to order whatever they need on one app, for merchants to make additional sales, and for couriers to make meaningful earnings flexibly. Wolt launched in Zagreb in December 2018, and we’ve experienced tremendous growth not just there, but across Croatia since we first entered the market. We now operate in over 35 cities, with thousands of restaurant & retail partners, delivering everything from flowers to pizza.

As such we’re hiring an Onboarding Associate to support the onboarding and training of new restaurant and retail partners and ensuring the best possible partnership. As an Onboarding Associate, you will be a key communicator between our operations team and merchants to ensure their success. This is an entry-level role, so your attitude and enthusiasm will count for more than your experience!

What you’ll be doing.

• Successfully onboarding venues onto the Wolt platform and ensuring a smooth, optimal process at all times.

• Building relationships with our restaurant and retail partners (via email, phone, and, when necessary, in person) by training them on using our systems and keeping them up to speed on any updates.

• Proactively helping our merchant partners improve their performance during their first weeks on the platform.

• Developing our merchant partners and their business by using our collected user data.

• Ensuring our menu platform is always up-to-date with text and visuals that reflect the Wolt brand.

• Assisting the team with urgent cases when needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills, as you will be working with a variety of people.

• Being tech-savvy and a quick learner.

• Experience in customer service and/or administration.

• Native-level proficiency in Croatian and fluency in English.

• Experience in restaurant management or hospitality is an advantage but not a must.
