Why this role

The Onboarding Team at Evolve is seeking an Onboarding Consultant to serve as the main point of contact for homeowners during their vacation rental listing activation process. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless experience for the homeowner and serves as a bridge between sales and ongoing support teams. The ideal candidate will be a goal-driven individual who excels in a team environment, where customer service meets project management. This is a cross-functional and homeowner-facing role that requires exceptional analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

What you’ll do

  • Onboard a pipeline of new homeowner partners to achieve five-star review success using Evolve's best practices
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries, requests, and needs via phone and email in a timely manner
  • Collect and document relevant property information such as amenities, policies, check-in procedures, etc.
  • Enter data into the company's CRM (Salesforce) and communicate with other teams to ensure accurate information is translated to the traveler market
  • Collaborate directly with multiple teams to find mutually beneficial solutions for both the homeowner and Evolve

  • Familiarity with software environments, with Salesforce experience a plus
  • Must be able to have flexibility around shifts that are either Tuesday-Saturday, or Sunday-Thursday 

Compensation

For this role compensation is based on a base pay plus commission model. Our base pay is $51,000 annually, based on a 40 hour work week ($24.52/hr). This role is eligible to earn a monthly commission ( up to $10,000 annually) based on individual performance.
