Onboarding Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Network Onboarding Specialist to join our Network Operations team. This role would be responsible for supporting providers throughout the entire onboarding process. We are looking for someone who has exceptional organizational and communication skills, and is able to foster great relationships within the provider community and wants to bring their talents into a “for purpose” space. About This Role

Onboarding Communications

• Answer Zendesk tickets for new providers, guaranteeing a high quality customer experience. 
• Learn, document, and execute all requirements related to provider onboarding, making strategic decisions in communication with applicants via Zendesk, etc.
• Collaborate with team lead and Network Associate on any ticket trends or issues found in the application process

Talkspace Application Process Coordination

• Assure that the provider off-boarding process is streamlined, comprehensive, and effective
• Learn, document, and execute all requirements related to offboarding, making strategic decisions in communication with applicants via Zendesk, and phasing out providers

Team Meetings /Collaboration

• Be an active participant and problem solver in recurrent meetings

Process Improvement

• Execute on any onboarding process improvement projects
• Suggest improvements around communication and Zendesk scripts
• Additional Duties as Assigned

About You

• BA/BS degree 
• 1-2 years customer experience preferred

Compensation

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.

The base salary range for this role is between $40,000 and $50,000. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
