Job Description

The Company

Findigs is on a mission to make residential leasing faster and fairer. Moving into a new rental should be neither opaque, nor a clunky experience. Backed by tier-1 investors across venture capital and real-estate, we're looking for passionate and bright individuals to make an out-sized impact at a rapidly growing startup.

We’ve started by rethinking the rental application and screening processes from the ground up. Since launching our product, we've seen surging demand from building operators looking to use tech to make their leasing better. Every day, our technology plays a role in deciding where people live. Housing (shelter) is essential, so we have a responsibility and mandate to get it right. Findigs does not just make it easier to apply or be evaluated for a new place — we are committed to making the process more transparent, inclusive, equitable and awesome.

Join this incredibly mission-driven, hard-working and humble team in this exciting journey to transform the world of residential leasing!

The Team

The core function of the Onboarding team is to ensure that customers can seamlessly begin operations on our platform as soon as possible. Beyond the traditional day-to-day responsibilities of application configuration and project management, the team is responsible for helping our Engineering and Product teams determine customer pain points to ensure quality and speed in the onboarding process.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Onboarding Project Lead to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with our Enterprise customers and be responsible for the success of their onboarding and launch on the Findigs platform. You will partner with our Enterprise Sales teams to drive revenue growth and enable operational excellence and world-class customer service for our Customer Success team.

This role offers the flexibility to work from our NY office (hybrid) or remotely.

Where you will make an impact:

  • Work with our customers to understand their goals and requirements; apply this knowledge in guiding customers through best practices to ensure long-term success with the Findigs platform
  • Identify tools, processes, and project management methodologies to enable a seamless launch and implementation of the Findigs platform for all customers
  • Coordinate internal, customer, and third-party partner resources by establishing and managing project plans and associated timelines for each customer onboarding
  • Conduct basic account set-up for each customer within the Findigs platform, and serve as a trusted product advisor to identify and resolve configuration issues that arise during the onboarding phase
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, Training & Enablement, and Customer Success to achieve smooth onboarding and strong customer experience
  • Contribute to continuous product improvement by collecting and relaying product feedback requests to our Product and Engineering teams, advocating for customer needs in the product prioritization process, and providing feedback on features in development.
  • Travel to customer locations as needed

Qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Minimum 3-4 years in a customer-facing role and/or project management
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or in the process of obtaining certification
  • Understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle and the ability to align project initiatives with sales objectives and customer requirements
  • Experience in a customer onboarding role within a high-growth SaaS start-up, understanding the unique challenges and developing solutions to address them
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate across various levels of an organization, both internal and customer-facing
  • Speed, resourcefulness and agility when operating in new spaces.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, up to 25% of the time

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with property management systems

Like our users, we come from a wide variety of backgrounds – diversity, inclusion and being open to learning constantly means we have and hire great people. Diversity and inclusion make our team, our culture and our work stronger – we’re committed to continuing this as we grow. We are an equal opportunity employer and as such all applicants will be considered based solely upon merit and directly relevant professional competencies.
