Onboarding Manager

Equifax Workforce Solutions is seeking an Onboarding Manager to activate customers on our award-winning ACA Management Platform. This position works closely with others on a cross-functional team of project managers/coordinators and other data architects to deliver our solution to our customers.

What you'll do:

• Onboarding of clients onto the platform and/or solutions purchased.
• Lead our client project efforts by managing the client expectations, timeline, and task tracking
• Hold Data Discovery discussions to effectively communicate the requirements for data gathering and delivery based on our specifications
• Must be able to Quickly ramp-up on Affordable Care Act (ACA, aka "Obamacare") legislation rules
• Be able to explain how a client's data reflects "the story" of an employee's tenure, pay and hours earned, and benefits, and how that affects the calculations of our compliance solution and generated tax forms
• Maintain detailed notes on multiple concurrent projects
• Collaborate with Technical Business Analysts on projects
• Projects may last several months and Onboarding Managers will be responsible for multiple projects at a time, all in various stages of implementation
• Efficiently configure the platform/solution and advise clients and be able to explain our system's data requirements to clients
• Utilize a blend of G Suite and Microsoft Office tools to manage project documentation assets
• Assess roadblocks in a project and professionally present options to clients, and possibly even internal and client management
• The ideal candidate will also possess ACA, HR, Payroll, or Employee Rewards experience

What experience you need:

• BA/BS or 4+ years of equivalent project management experience
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in software implementation and deployment
• Experience creating reporting and analytical solutions against HR and/ or financial systems a plus
• Experience with benefits management and/or the Affordable Care Act a plus
