Onboarding Representative - Recruitment

Supports the recruitment goals of Advocate Aurora Health through standardized, transactional processes, and optimal use of technology resources. Provides superior service, through a welcoming, efficient, and seamless onboarding experience as the key point of contact for new hires after the offer of employment is accepted. Ensures all pre-employment requirements, including criminal background check, education and license verification, and employee health clearance are completed. Also assists current team members through the transfer process.
