Onboarding Specialist

We are looking to hire an Onboarding Specialist who will be responsible for onboarding our clinicians to the connectRN platform. This role will be accountable for following compliance requirements for hire, escalation in the onboarding process, and achieving their hiring goals on a weekly basis. 

You will...

• Help manage applicant retention during the clinician’s application process in Fountain to help provide an effortless onboarding experience
  
• Act with urgency as an escalation point for assigned states via phone, text, or email and triage escalations to the appropriate person or department
• Respond to onboarding-related tickets through the assigned Salesforce queue in a timely manner
• Adjudicate background checks of applicants and ensure applicants are in compliance with all credentialing and licensure with state regulations
  
• Assist with additional Onboarding projects and additional duties as needed 
• Meet‌ ‌or‌ ‌exceed‌ ‌established‌ ‌KPIs ‌on a daily basis

You have...

• Experience in customer service or account management
• Excellent communication skills verbally and written 
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with adaptability in an ever changing environment while being able to prioritize multiple functions in timely efficient manner
• Experience with Data analysis
• Any experience in Salesforce or Fountain a plus
