The Opportunity:Onboarding Specialist main responsibility is to onboard brands to Flip by assisting them connect their existing storefront on various commerce platforms to Flip. The specialist will also provide a walk through and ways to be successful on Flip. It’s a high profile role with the specialist being a brand’s first impression of Flip.

Responsibilities

• Perform Onboarding Calls, connect and introduce brands to Flip.
• Collaborate with brands and technology partners to understand and diagnose integration challenges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve e-commerce integration issues during live session.
• Collect video evidence of the issues encountered during onboarding.
• Support Brands post and pre-onboarding by providing timely responses.
• Timely escalation of issues and prioritization.
• Clearly communicate Flip’s policies, programs.
• Support in developing and refining onboarding documentation.
• Assist in the self-onboarding process.
• Expertise in all integration platforms used by Flip.

Requirements

• 2 years experience managing e-commerce operations highly desired.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for technical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with brands and internal teams.
• A collaborative spirit and ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
• Proficient with excel and google office suite.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Ability to present confidently on video meetings.
