The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for facilitating all new employee onboarding activities. The Onboarding Specialist position provides great career growth opportunities and exposure to all departments of the organization.

• Manage the full cycle onboarding experience for all new employees, including coordination with other departments (such as I.T.), and introduction to management.
• Guide new hires through the onboarding process and assist them with document completion and collection, benefits enrollment, orientation, etc.
• Manage related travel, corporate apartments and hotel partnerships.
• Perform administrative duties such as document verification, background checks and employee file management.
• Provide support to recruiting team and work on special projects as needed.

here's what we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and two years of professional work experience required.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional appearance, as well as the ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Demonstrate and uphold all the core values of Power Design, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth.
