Job Description

Pri General Purpose of the Position 

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for scheduling meetings with new clients to welcome them and establish the communication channel. Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for overseeing active tickets and their completion to deliver the first products for client review. Act as a point of contact for all new customer inquiries, for the final objective of passing the account to the corresponding team.

Pri Principal Responsibilities

  • In charge of the entire onboarding process of a new client of the company.
  • Ensure the successful creation and publication of all the client's digital products; working hand in hand with the Production and Sales Department.
  • Develop and create products and multimedia content, for print and digital media.
  • Explain to each new client the products and services acquired to understand their specific needs.
  • Create New Tickets and monitor Active Tickets to ensure their completion and deliver for the client’s review.
  • Responsible for creating concise, catching, and innovative headlines and body copy oriented at the client’s needs.
  • Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with the team for new ideas and strategies.
  • Creation and delivery of first products (website/ GBC/ GMB/ Video Montage/ profile).
  • Pass on all relevant information related to the case with detailed and complete information.
  • Other related functions can be assigned.

Education, Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Digital Marketing, Creative Writing, English, or related field preferred. 
  • Minimum two (2) year direct experience writing for advertising/marketing agencies, public relations, media, or journals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Spanish.
  • Creative and innovative thinker and planner.
  • Confident in producing work across multiple platforms.
  • Excelente customer service skills
