Job Description

•  Execute the end-to-end onboarding processes, including preparation of onboarding materials, onboarding room set up, IT equipment / system access coordination.

• Host live / virtual onboarding sessions, including special onboarding sessions based on business needs.

• Manage welcome gifts and key employee life-cycle communications and gifts.

• Maintain our internal People Portal knowledge base (Newbie website, Manager space, Confluence) to enable self-service for all users (newbies, hiring managers, relevant stakeholders).

• Manage queries from newbies, managers and key stakeholders, resolve last minute changes / issues.

• Provide hyper-care for executive level new hire.

• Lead and participate in special projects.

• Proactively identify / implement process & program improvements to deliver better onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• You gained 2-3 years of work experience in the people operations, marketing or another comparable field.

• You have a proven track of improving the quality of processes and have superior attention to details.

• You have excellent time management skills.

• You have excellent presentation and communication skills. 

• You are living the “Employees are our Customers” mission

• You enjoy facilitating and leading training sessions.

• You are fluent in English in both written and oral communication.

• You have a creative approach to problem solving with a hands-on mindset.
