Mission:

The Onboarding Specialist is focused on effectively training new JobNimbus customers on software setup and daily use in order to drive value during the early adoption of the software. The Onboarding Specialist will help to define, develop, and execute effective customer onboarding and engagement strategies in order to help our customers realize their business goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting customers as they begin their journey with JobNimbus
  • Manage the onboarding for a subset of high value new customers to ensure customers receive a highly organized program with measurable success/value
  • Own the customer relationship and serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding phase of the customer journey
  • Provide best practices and mentorship to customers on how best to implement JobNimbus
  • Ensure appropriate handoff of new accounts to the Customer Success team after onboarding is complete.
  • Help drive process improvements by working cross functionally to enhance communications and tools designed to improve the onboarding experience and build customer loyalty
  • Help define, track and achieve key performance indicators for the onboarding process
  • Assisting with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Lead 3 to 4 kickoff calls daily with new customers, which are 45-min calls to understand client needs, and train new clients on the ins-and-outs of our software.
  • Be an expert in JobNimbus, so you can guide new users and answer their questions
