Our AI Platform helps clinics capture more revenue, document more compliantly and significantly reduce their documentation burden. It continually monitors 100% of notes in the EMR while also helping clinicians write their notes faster with ambient scribing and smart dictation. The platform helps therapists:

  • Save hours per day to either get their life back or see more patients
  • Ensure optimal CPT codes are being selected during their visits

POSITION SUMMARY 

PredictionHealth is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for our new clients. You will be responsible for coordinating with new clients, scheduling kick-off calls, leading kick-off calls, assisting with questions during the onboarding process, and providing initial training. Your goal will be to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for clients, ensuring they are set up for success with our platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

● Coordinate with new clients to schedule and conduct Kickoff Calls

● Guide clients through the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

● Provide initial training to new clients on how to use the platform and understand analytics

● Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients

● Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and resources to help support clients

● Monitor client progress during onboarding and proactively reach out to address any potential issues

● Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement 

● Ensure clients are fully integrated with our system and understand how to leverage our analytics for their practice

● Participation in training programs as required by company 

● Other ad-hoc projects as needed 

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or other related field

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with clients

● Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or healthcare 

● Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Self-motivated and self-directed with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. 

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while maintaining focus. 

Preferred/ “Nice to have” (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 

● Familiarity with PT/OT Practices or clinical documentation

● Proficiency in using CRM and other customer success tools
