Introduction
Onboarding Success Partner is the one responsible to provide a memorable experience for the new hire on the first days at IBM along with the main operational activities:
– Responsible for the administration of the Onboarding Colombia process.
– Responsible for administration medical examinations and the Colombian labor risk insurance company (ARL).
– Ensure that new hires enter with their tools in a timely manner
– Employee contracts management and paperwork for new hires.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
– Soft Skills is required: Time Management Communication Critical Thinking Teamwork
– Design Thinking/ Agile Methodology and Practices
– Knowledge of Virtual IBM tools like: Mural Mondays/Trello

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
– Data Analytics Skills
– Office Package Skills – especially excel
– Advanced English
