Your Role and Responsibilities
Our Onboarding team is focused on delivering a signature WOW experience for our new hires. As an Onboarding Specialist you are the first point of contact for a new hire and the hiring manager from the point an offer is accepted. You are responsible for preparing the new hire for their IBM career and ensure that everything is ready for their arrival at IBM on day 1. You will also support them through their first week while ensuring the manager is prepared to receive their newest IBMer.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Ideally 2 years previous working experience in client management role Fluent in English and French
• Good interpersonal and communication skills Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Orientation on detail & Precision
• Passion for new technologies and Agile way of working

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Having experience in onboarding area or knowing SAP Success Factors tool is a plus. Speaking any other European language.
