Onboarding Support Specialist

We are looking to hire an Onboarding Support Specialist to join our Onboarding Team who will act as the first point of contact for our prospective clinicians as well as provide project support to our onboarding team. This role will make an impact on the clinician's onboarding journey experience.
You will...

• Regularly respond to applicant onboarding-related tickets through the assigned Salesforce queue and adjust applications in Fountain with urgency and accuracy
• Assist with dormant applicants looking to continue their application 
• Routing new application escalations to the appropriate person or department to ensure the clinician’s application journey is moving forward smoothly
• Assist with additional Onboarding projects and additional duties as needed 
• Meet‌ ‌or‌ ‌exceed‌ ‌established‌ ‌KPIs ‌on a daily basis

You have...

• Experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written 
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Has the ability to prioritize multiple functions, and take initiative with project while managing their time efficiently
• Any Salesforce and Fountain experience is a plus
