Position:Clinical Practice Data Analyst Specialist - Oncology Services Start:February 2025 Length:Direct Hire Location:Chicago, IL USA Workplace Type:On-Site Salary Range:$58,000.00 - 76,000.00 Onsite:This position requires Illinois residency of the hire date. Job Scope/Summary: The position coordinates all the data management and database activity for the Blood and Marrow Transplant Program. Maintains all transplant data; monitors and distributes necessary transplant related information to community physicians, and referring hematologists; gathers, reviews, analyzes and reports on the transplant programs to its stakeholders; assists in defining specifications of informational requirements and operational needs.. Requirements/Certifications: • Bachelor's degree in Science, Information Management, Healthcare Information, Nursing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Management Engineering, Business or closely related fields or as required by the position to be filled in the area of specialization inherent in the position may be required. • One (1) year (12 months)of data management/analyst work experience in a clinical or healthcare related field. • Assists in design of warehouse data sets to provide easy customer access to an integrated repository of clinical, financial, and demographic data supporting the health system’s analysis, planning, and improvement needs.
