Duties and Responsibilities

Support the entire lifecycle of activities required to ensure the OneStream Application is providing optimal value to the company.

Perform all activities required to support Corporate instance of the OneStream Application. Must be able to perform technical administration of the application and its environment.

Discuss requirements with the user community and provide clear and detailed solution options for their consideration. Perform all the steps necessary to implement the solution within the OneStream application including coordination of testing and production migration.

Understand the technical architecture required to support the OneStream Application to ensure proper maintenance and support is performed including coordination of Upgrades and system patching.

Generate reporting from the OneStream application.

Support all Financial Close related activities supported within OneStream.

Excellent communication skills required.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a Computer Science, Information Technology or similar

3-5 years experience OneStream Technical Administration.

3-5 years experience OneStream Functional Support.

5-7 years experience supporting Financial Planning and Forecasting Support.

10+ years providing technical support for Financial business processes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to have detailed design discussions with the user community to ensure the solution is meeting their business need

Excellent understanding of the Financial lifecycle which the OneStream application supports including Planning and Forecasting.

Experience building Financial Reports.

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Databases a plus.

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) a plus.

Experience building Data Integrations required

Ability to have detailed design discussions with the user community to ensure the solution is meeting their business need.
