You will work administer and maintain the OneStream application while providing excellent support to global users throughout The Toro Company. Increase the utilization and functionality of the OneStream application to help meet business needs. Provide support on other systems.

What will you do?

• Maintain and administer the Company's financial consolidation and planning system (OneStream), and other systems.

• Develop and maintain data sources, transformation rules and workflow profiles
• Perform application patching and upgrades by coordinating application updates with vendors and business owners
• Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues, conducts root-cause analysis, demonstrates consistent level of accuracy with problem resolution
• Manage support of OneStream - Address and follow through with service tickets for OneStream
• Partner with various internal and executive stakeholders (Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and IT) and build strong relationships in order to drive change with effective delivery of OneStream functionality to stakeholders

• Provide internal control governance (including SOX requirements), documentation and coordination with internal and external auditors as it relates to system access, change management, etc.
• Provide support for users and maintain system protocols in troubleshooting data validation, access and reporting issues
• Keep all users up to date on system capabilities and knowledge by providing training and materials
• Document and plan implementations, system changes and updates, report writing, security, internal controls and organize
• Lead continuous process improvements through development of best practices and system customization that enables the best possible solutions at global, operating group and local levels.

What do you need?

• Bachelor's Degree in IS, Finance, Accounting or related discipline required
• 6 - 8 years' of experience working with financial systems required, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• 3+ years hands-on experience administering OneStream
• Intermediate level SQL skills and VB.net required
• Mapping data sources from Azure to OneStream
• Setup and maintain Data cubes

• OneStream user group/role setup and management
• Experience working in a global environment
• Experience in troubleshooting of complex Cloud, network, application, and environment issues
• Understanding of Change control processes

• Cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure
• Capable of working on own (self-starter) as well as in a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer orientation
• Ability to coach and mentor team members
