SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE:
The OneStream system administrator reports to the Vice President, Corporate Controller and is a key member of the Corporate Finance & Accounting team. This position serves as a key partner to the divisional F&A leaders/teams. This critical position is responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of our OneStream CPM platform with a primary focus on ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the OneStream application while also providing technical support to users as needed. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the optimization of our financial processes and overseeing the investment and related long-term roadmap of our OneStream system.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as applying patches, updates, and upgrades to the OneStream platform to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Configuration Management: Configure and customize the OneStream application to meet the specific needs of our organization, including setting up new modules, dimensions, and reports.
- User Support: Provide technical support to users of the OneStream platform, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user inquiries, and conducting user training sessions as needed.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and usage of the OneStream application, proactively identifying and addressing any issues that may impact performance or user experience.
- Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive financial data within the OneStream platform, including user access controls and role-based security.
- Integration Management: Build and manage integrations between OneStream and other systems such as ERP systems, data warehouses, and reporting tools, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
- Training: Provide training for new hires in the divisional and Cor F&A groups as well as ongoing training for F&A team members.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures related to the OneStream platform to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and business operations to understand requirements, gather feedback, and implement solutions to enhance the functionality and usability of the OneStream platform.
- Management Reporting: Assist divisions in automating and driving efficiencies in their own management reporting and analytics. Contribute to the design of divisional and platform level management reporting and analytics.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the Company's annual operating and capital budgeting and monthly forecast process, through development and maintenance of the OneStream planning and reporting tools.
- OneStream roadmap: Develop, design, and communicate the Cor Partners OneStream roadmap. Lead regular review sessions and communicate the divisional and Cor level roadmap to senior leadership.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Support merger and acquisition activity through post-acquisition integration into the OneStream system and subsequent performance reporting, including budget, pro-forma and actual results.
- Liaison: Primary liaison with Cor Partners' parent company, Barry Wehmiller, as it relates to OneStream functionality and reporting.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a systems administrator with expertise in implementing and/or administering OneStream CPM systems.
- OneStream certification(s) such as OneStream Administrator or OneStream Lead Architect.
- Work experience ideally a combination of OneStream administration or consulting as well as finance or accounting. Minimum of four years OneStream administration or consulting experience.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with users at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
DESIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Experience with cloud-based deployment of OneStream applications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS).
- Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
- Familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes and tools.
- Experience in data analysis, visualization developing solutions to meet varying business reporting needs.
- Experience developing executive level presentation, working with, and presenting to senior management.
- Experience with business intelligence tools, Power BI preferred.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is generally performed in a typical office environment, with limited exposure to harsh weather conditions, loud internal or external noise, fumes, or significant temperature changes.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Work can involve lifting and carrying up to ten to twenty (10 - 20) lbs.; frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, and reaching; occasional kneeling and stooping; operating office equipment; periodic driving likely; visual acuity to prepare, read, and organize detailed hard copy and electronic documents; ability to speak and to hear the spoken word in normal face-to-face, telephonic, and web-based business communications. Willingness to travel in a work capacity, including occasional evening and weekend hours. Willingness to accommodate occasional meetings and work activities that may be scheduled after normal daytime business hours.
