Opportunity 

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Impact Class Community Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering an engaged online community by managing daily interactions, creating and sharing content, and ensuring a positive experience for all members. If you are passionate about community building and have a desire to maintain an active and supportive online environment, we want to hear from you. 

Responsibilities 

• Post an engagement-related post daily to kickstart community interactions and discussions. 

• Share a verse or devotional post every evening to provide spiritual nourishment and reflection for the community. 

• Continuously monitor comments and interactions to ensure a respectful and engaging community environment. 

• Review and approve member posts on an hourly basis to maintain content quality and relevance. 

• Collect videos from speakers to post in the community, ensuring a diverse and rich content stream. 

• Create and share giveaway slides featuring testimonials from speakers, and manage all aspects of giveaway postings. Celebrate winners promptly and engage with participants.

• Actively reply to comments and posts to foster conversations and provide support to community members. 

• Post recaps of live sessions to keep members updated, and clip highlights to share within the group. 

• Address any questions raised in the group by creating Asana tasks for the appropriate team members. 

• Gather testimonials from members to be showcased during live sessions, enhancing the community experience. 

• Build outlines for each live session to ensure a well-structured and engaging presentation. 

• Coordinate sessions to ensure that all team members and speakers are aligned and on the same page regarding community activities and live sessions. 

• Be ready and willing to work when necessary to maintain an active and responsive community presence. 

Qualifications 

1+ years of related work experience.

Highschool diploma. College degree preferred. 

Proven track record of excellence in social media management.
