As a live chat Customer Service Representative, you will join our friendly, dynamic and customer focused team, dealing with a wide range of enquiries via online chat software with our customers, you will need to be adaptable and able to manage multiple enquirers at any given time, while providing outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Excellent literacy skills
- Good basic computer skills
- Pride and experience in delivering great customer experiences
- Attention to detail: your work will be monitored to ensure a high level of accuracy in line with our company quality and compliance standards

- Strong communication skills
