What You'll Be Doing in the role of Online Fundraising Manager
The Online Fundraising Manager works to drive revenue through implementation of national peer-to-peer engagement and fundraising strategies and best practices. Responsible for working with both the Project Director and the Technology and Operations departments to develop and leverage digital resources to drive online recruitment, registration, engagement and participant activation. Works closely with the Experiential Fundraising program leaders to identify benchmarks and standards of excellence in all aspects of online revenue generation through DIY Fundraising, Influencer Campaigns, School and Sports, Pickleball, Workplace and Social events and programs. Serves as an online fundraising subject matter expert to the Community Development leadership team and staff and other Komen departments. Provides strategic advice, guidance, resources and evaluation for development, management, and implementation of digital engagement for fundraising programs and events across the organization. Works with internal and external cross-functional teams in the development of models and supporting resources to build the capacity of the programs, meet or exceed standards of excellence, and design solutions that ensure alignment with the strategic direction of the organization. Evaluates series performance to benchmarks and standards of excellence.
Drives fundraising success through the development and delivery of digital and online fundraising strategies and industry best practices for high-potential smaller programs in the portfolio, including DIY Fundraising, Influencer Campaigns, School and Sports, Pickleball, Workplace and Social events and programs.
Collaborates with the Experiential Fundraising team, Operations, IT, and Marketing departments to identify and lead digital and online innovations and applications to grow revenue from peer-to-peer and event fundraising programs.
Leads the strategy, design and development of coordinated and consistent online fundraising platforms via online tools including Salesforce, Blackbaud's Luminate Online & TeamRaiser, Donor Drive, event Apps and Hustle.
Leads collaboration between Project Director, Experiential Fundraising team leaders, and Marketing Team on digital and online strategies for acquiring new event participants and activating more online fundraisers.
Leads e-comm strategy and event communication plan for . Develops program. Oversees the coordination of content creation and design including stationery and images.
Leads the analysis of the performance of email, event blueprints and websites, fundraising tools, Google Analytics, and other systems and software to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend next steps to improve effectiveness.
Performs ongoing analysis for key performance metrics related to registration and participant fundraising behavior.
Leads the identification of benchmarks and standards of excellence (nationally, regionally and/or by local market group) and resource gaps for the Experiential Fundraising portfolio. Collaborates with appropriate internal and external resources to fill recognized gaps.
Supports Operations and Engineering teams department with website customization and management when necessary.
Works with local Markets to continually employ industry best practices for online constituent communications, marketing and fundraising.
Proactively develops, plans and facilitates advanced training opportunities to local and national staff through Learning and Development, regional meetings, and customized trainings/webinars.
Oversees relations and deliverables with outside agencies.
Represents the organization as a non-profit leader in the P2P industry and online fundraising space.

What You Will Bring to the Table
Extensive knowledge of online communication and fundraising strategies, motivators and techniques
In-depth understanding of online event administration and management
Flawlessly fluent at the intersection of fundraising and technology
Deep understanding of Luminate Online, TeamRaiser and Salesforce
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage several projects with varying priorities at one time
Ability to process information from a wide range of sources, resolving disparate feedback and integrating different points of view.
We Already Know You Will Also Have
3 - 5 years or more of experience in online event fundraising, development or non-profit management
Experience setting and achieving revenue targets and development-driven deliverables.
Ability to identify various strategies (operational, logistical, and financial) to maximize fundraising events.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and opportunities.
Total Work Experience: 5 - 7 years
Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Communications, Non-Profit, Business or other related fields. Or an associates degree with direct work experience.
Strong working knowledge of DIY, Influencer, School, Sports or Social Fundraising strategies, best practices and systems.
Experience as a hands-on leader, willing to roll up their sleeves and build programs in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
Professional, mature communication style and the ability to interact with corporate partners, executives, leadership volunteers, high value donors.
Demonstrated ability to engage others in the achievement of revenue goals.
Excellent planning, organizational and follow-up skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred experience includes:
Prefer a candidate with prior national or regional peer-to-peer or event fundraising management experience.
Direct experience managing online and digital strategy and implementation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other organizational-wide adopted systems such as People Soft, Blackbaud, Salesforce, etc.
Must have a comprehensive working knowledge of Luminate Online and Teamraiser, some knowledge of Donor Drive.
Travel requirements. Seasonally, less than 25%

Competitive salary 55K - 75K, exact compensation ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job level, internal equity and budget. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's skills, experience and geographic location.
