About This Role

Zoom Video Communications is hiring a Online Campaign Specialist to drive Online Marketing & Retention initiatives for zoom.us, including but not limited to expanding and optimizing upsell programs within online customer journey.
About the Team
The Online Marketing & Retention team is responsible for the optimization and expansion of multi-channel programs delivered throughout the online customer journey. These initiatives are designed to influence key metrics for the online business including increasing overall customer lifetime value and reducing churn. These programs focus on key stages of the customer journey including onboarding, product usage & adoption, new product awareness, platform re-engagement, upgrade/upsell, renewals and winback.
About the Role
As the Online Campaign Specialist you will support driving key milestones within the online customer lifecycle . This includes the ideation, execution, reporting and analysis of multi-channel campaigns. You will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Online Lifecycle & Retention within Zoom's Online organization. The team is a blend of program and campaign managers aligned to each stage of the online customer journey supported by engineering, legal, FP&A, data science, copy writers, designers and product managers.
To be successful in this role you must have excellent project management skills, strong foundation in campaign execution, tracking and reporting performance metrics all focussed towards delivering results and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
As the Online Campaign Specialist you will:
  • Coordinate with program owners to keep the Online customer campaign calendar and campaign assets decks up to date for organization-wide visibility
  • Align with cross-funtional teams to project manage, prioritize and execute multi-channel online customer campaigns against competing initiatives
  • Leverage your background as a campaign manager with a track record of driving results through testing best practices, implementing data-driven insights, and crafting strategic right place, right time messaging
  • Support managing the online customer loyalty initiatives including the Refer-a-Friend Program. This includes responding to customer inquiries and collecting feedback to recommend program improvements.
  • Own and report against campaign KPIs that influence the overall business goals of product usage/ engagement, new feature adoption, upsell & re-engagement
  • Analyze Tableau dashboard to track & report overall online customer composition and usage trends on a quarterly basis
  • Generate and present campaign performance reports to leadership at weekly standups
  • Support customer research initiatives via Qualtrics surveys in partnership with Data Science to guide overall free lifecycle campaign strategy
  • Oversee campaigns operations, including writing copy/creative briefs aligned to brand tone/voice and submission to cross-functional legal, localization, and brand teams for approval
  • Apply comprehensive understanding of online business initiatives to support prioritizing campaigns to meet quarterly growth revenue targets
  • Recommend and implement campaign strategies to optimize the customer experience as it relates to retention and to minimize churn for customers

About You
  • 2+ years lifecycle marketing experience
  • Experience in customer lifecycle and retention best practices and stay up-to-date on new trends
  • Success in writing engaging copy.
  • The ability to leverage data to influence decisions up the leadership chain.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$62,400.00
Maximum:
$147,800.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
