Majority is looking for an Online Marketing Manager to be based in Miami

We are looking for our first online marketing team member in the US to launch our online efforts. You will start with running our online performance activities with the support from the existing team in Sweden including amazing designers, product and tech people to develop our online marketing operations   and support the company's high growth ambition. If successful you will lead the buildup of our US online marketing team. 

We are looking for a team player who enjoys the best of startup culture: working with a small but highly motivated team, embracing cross collaboration and being a creative problem solver. 

The right person for this role is someone who has worked for a few years and  yearns for a great challenge, is hungry to learn, and is a go-getter excited to help build an amazing company from the ground up. You will grow with great responsibilities and become a key player in how we successfully grow our business and position Majority in the US.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement our online marketing efforts in the US
• Responsible for delivery of our online sales targets
• Lead and drive the needed process around our online intake cross functional
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in something
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with performance marketing, probably from an agency or other start-up
• Fast learner with ambition to become a successful leader in this field
• Multi-lingual and interest in different cultures
• Bonus: Demonstrated experience or interest in fintech/banking

You will report to our CEO & co-founder Magnus Larsson, and work closely with our staff in the US.
