Job Description Summary
The Strategic Marketing Leader is a key member of the Wind Product Management General Manager's staff. This positions leads a global team responsible for understanding market dynamics, conducting multi-scenario analytics, and providing competitive insights. In addition, the role leads the multi-year strategy development process and product sustainability.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and cross-functional leaders to assess markets and develop new product investment options
- Lead the team in conducting detailed analytics on customer proforma's, PPA's, and other relevant market data
- Ensure that target countries are identified and have competitive multi-generational product plans connected to the business strategy
- Own competitive intelligence and understand product competitiveness at the component, turbine, and plant level
- Leverage data and insights to develop forward looking views on competitive landscape
- Lead tollgate 1 (identifying market needs) and tollgate 2 (evaluating product options) across a large global business portfolio
- Lead the multi-year strategy development process
- Develop and own the product sustainability strategy, KPI's, and operating rhythm
- Attract talent, development team, and foster an environment of strong engagement and accountability
- Personally lead and mentor the team in continuous improvement activities and operationalizing standard work

* The salary range for this position is 170,000.00 - 350,00.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits, which include Health, Medical, 401K, and Paid Leave
