• Autonomy to practice physician-directed medicine; in office procedural capabilities plus full lab, imaging and other diagnostics
• One year track to partner / shareholder status
• Large specialty consultation base and teaching opportunities with two IM residencies & IU School of Medicine

Compensation & Benefits
• Lucrative guaranteed base salary with RVU bonus potential and recruitment incentives. Earning potential well over $300K
• $100K student loan repayment and other amazing incentives such as residency stipend, signing bonus and relocation
