Open Source Intelligence Research Analyst, All Levels

Job Description:

This person will perform Open Source Research and Intelligence (OSINT) work in support of CSM’s business needs. This person will leverage a wide range of data sources in support of this work; everything from large scale data streams to low level understanding of specific web services will potentially be used to gather actionable information for CSM. Some of the analytical products will be used over a long period of time in support of strategic decision making, other products will be “in the moment” and support CSM actions in the face of real time events. This person will help build knowledge that will be leveraged by the entire institution to make better business decisions.

Skills:

• 3+ years of OSINT experience
• Knowledge of networking stack and network fingerprinting tools
• Familiarity with OSINT and other intelligence gathering tooling such as Maltego, Shodan, LexisNexis, etc
• Python scripting skills and familiarity with multiple operating systems
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the preparation of comprehensive written reports, presentations, and charts based on research, collection, and analysis of data
• Demonstrated experience in performing complex analytical investigations
